As part of Microsoft’s announcements about the PC edition of Halo Infinite, the company also revealed that it is working with AMD to bring ray tracing to the game after launch.

“Ray tracing is one of our top development priorities post-launch and look forward to sharing more soon,” developer 343 Industries said in a blog post.

Ray tracing is an advanced rendering system that is capable of delivering incredible-looking lighting. It’s used in Forza Horizon 5’s Foravista mode to offer stunning visuals. Microsoft’s Gears 5 also supports ray tracing, as does Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, among other games.
