HBO Shows Officially Headed To Netflix, But Not Game Of Thrones Or The Last Of Us

Confirming earlier reports, WB Discovery has revealed that some of its HBO shows are coming to Netflix. The first of these, the series Insecure, is out now on Netflix.

Variety and Deadline are reporting that some of HBO’s other programming, including the World War II shows Band of Brothers and The Pacific, will come to Netflix in the future alongside the drama Six Feet Under and the sports comedy series Ballers starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

Additionally, True Blood will be available on Netflix outside of the US. Every show mentioned here will stay on Max (the streaming service formerly known as HBO Max).

Halo Infinite's Next Event Announces Changes Due To Rising COVID Cases

Microsoft has announced that the next Halo Infinite pro tournament is undergoing some significant changes due to the pandemic. In a statement, the Halo Esports account announced that, first and foremost, spectators will no longer be allowed at the upcoming Anaheim Regional Championship in February.

Additionally, the tournament’s open bracket will now be an online-only event. The winners of the open bracket will determine the teams that play in-person at Anaheim Regional. It looks like 343 Industries has followed through on its promise to update Halo Infinite’s meme character, Craig the Brute. In the latest campaign footage released on Monday, a Brute who appears to be Craig can be seen–and he has a beard this time around.
